TopoInVis 2011 - Welcome

The best paper award was given to Dominic Schneider, Wieland Reich and Gerik Scheuermann for their paper A Variance based FTLE like Method for Uncertain Vector Fields.

The Scientific Visualization Group at ETH Zurich hosted TopoInVis 2011, the Fourth Workshop on Topology-Based Methods in Data Analysis and Visualization.

The workshop has been held previously in 2005 (Budmerice, Slovakia), 2007 (Leipzig, Germany) and 2009 (Salt Lake City, USA). In Zurich, we had 43 participants from 9 countries. Two keynote talks were given, the slides of which are available on this web site.

Please keep this URL bookmarked. We will update you on the status of the book to be published by Springer, based on the 20 papers that were presented at this workshop. We will also provide a link to TopoInVis 2013 at a later time.
